Situated close to Epping, Chigwell and Waltham Abbey, the Loughton Seedbed Centre in West Essex offers purpose-built accommodation for start-ups and established businesses on an affordable, flexible, rolling monthly contract. Our simple, easy-in, easy-out transparent monthly licence fee includes superfast internet, parking, security, buildings insurance and repairs. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and the opportunity for you to upscale or downgrade your premises with just a month’s notice.  We also provide telecoms, including set-up and adapting the services to suit your specific needs.

At present, we have three vacant units, all offices/studios.

Unit B6 – 365 sq ft – £1,260 per month

Unit B9 – 412 sq ft – £1,375 per month

Unit D6 – 450 sq ft – £1,485 per month.

The price above includes services normally charged as additional to rental such as  on-site management, maintenance and repair, building insurance, refuse collection, security, water rates and the cleaning of common areas.  Ample free parking is available.

Our friendly centre management team are on hand to help you grow your business.  Our management services include:

• use of franking machine and photocopier
• scan to email
• conferencing and meeting room facilities

Our offices and workshops benefit from a range of services, including:

The centre comprises 42 units, including 24 offices ranging in size from 250 ft² to 450 ft² suitable for companies from 2 to 8 employees. Workshops range from 1100 ft² to 1480 ft².
