The session will be led by the vastly experienced Nitin Patel and William Millar.

Nitin Patel is an independent consultant and lecturer on business transformation, with experience of change and scale-up in global corporations up to £100bn.

William Millar has been responsible for developing and launching new products and services, undertaking specialist sales and consultancy and designing new process solutions leading to cost reduction.
