About this Event
Creative England’s Future Studios Programme will host its first two-day intensive bootcamp for creative businesses in the popular space of Pinewood studios. Over the duration of the two days, we’ll connect creative people and provide crucial support for businesses working in moving image for storytelling.
The programme will provide business support to screen companies (film, TV, games, immersive and digital) with a narrative/storytelling focus. Companies must be based in the south east (outside of London) and at the growth phase of their journey. Both businesses and freelancers can apply, however, priority will be given to businesses (limited companies).
Join us in the world-renowned Pinewood Studios, home to James Bond, for a two-day bootcamp bringing together 20 businesses from the screen industries to provide access to crucial industry networks and expert business support, enabling them to grow and thrive.
Delegates will hear from Walli Ullah MBE, founder and director of EMU Films, as he shares how he built a leading production company in Manchester, as well as have the opportunity to work with the Intellectual Property Office to define and value their IP.
Over the two days, areas covered will include IP, pitching and raising investment.
Spaces are strictly limited; businesses must register their interest to attend and will be contacted by a member of Creative England staff within 10 working days.
