I-Construct is launching its Business Bootcamps which are designed for small and medium sized businesses in the construction industry and its supply chain to grow their business and improve competitiveness.
The free-to-attend two-day bootcamp is designed to assist businesses in the areas they will need to address to grow and thrive in the challenging times ahead and the interactive sessions will include:
- Developing your strategy and articulating your offer
- Creating time and space to generate ideas and solve problems
- Understanding your target markets
- Generating new leads and securing new clients
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Evaluating new opportunities
- Building your team and managing change
- Marketing tactics
The Bootcamps are hybrid events – delivered at the I-Construct Innovation Hub in Braintree, Essex and also available online, ensuring that businesses can take part wherever they are.
The Bootcamps will provide businesses with a chance to hear from speakers with extensive experience of the business world, including the construction sector. You will also have an opportunity to meet other businesses and find out more about the I-Construct Network and its links with Tier 1 and Tier 2 developers and contractors who are involved in a number of major projects across the region.
